In the period 7-12 September 2015 begins an emergency reception under Measure 121 of the already old program Development of Rural regions for the period 2007-2013. The aim of the Ministry of Agriculture and Foods is to save the rest of the program budget, which, if not utilized, will be given back in Brussels.

The budget is 50 million euro, and the criteria by which projects will be evaluated are laid down in Regulation 8, which defines the rules for application under Measure 121 "Modernization of agricultural holdings" the of Rural Development Program 2007-2013.

In order to be realized and paid out in the shortest possible time, in the emergency reception will only be accepted projects for agricultural equipment.

Only investments in agricultural machinery used for soil cultivation and crop harvesting will be financed. Such as tractors, self-propelled machinery (wheeled and chained tractors) specialized self-propelled machines (different types of combines) and other types of self-propelled machines and interchangeable towed equipment.

The maximum amount of total eligible expenses for one application amounts to the equivalent of € 500, 000 in Bulgarian currency and the minimum - € 15,000.
