At the end of the list with a level of absorption below 80% of the European funds rank Romania and Croatia.
Greece finished first with 99,5% accepted expenses by the European Commission. With 95% absorption end the old program period Poland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Finland, Austria, Cyprus and Sweden.
